Sparkling: Barcino, Spain, Cava
This sensational non-vintage Barcino Cava was made from a solera system where the dosage was started in the 1940s. A blend of Xarello, Macabeo and Parellada, from vines planted in 1995, this crisp, delicious, dry sparkler features attractive notes of honeyed brioche, poached pear, and caramelized grapefruit for an exceptionally well-crafted, pure, fresh cava.
White: Lícia, Spain, Albariño. BOTTLE
Straw yellow with greenish hues, the Lícia Albariño has strong varietal characteristics with hints of grapefruit, candied fruit, quince jelly, notes of fresh herbs, green apples, and minerals. It is full bodied and well balanced, highlighting the aromas of citrus and green apple, with a long and persistent finish.
Rosé: Finca Wölffer, Argentina, Malbec Blend BOTTLE

Bright, purple color with aromas of fresh, red and black fruit, licorice and vanilla notes. Dark fruit in the mouth which is intense and long, but also finishes with fresh acidity.

If you could concentrate in a bottle the ripe fruits aromas and the minerality of its terroir the result would be a wine like this. A blend of Garnatxa, Carinyena and Cabernet Sauvignon grown on river stone and aged for five months in French oak.
